All payments, licensing fees, and subscriptions are processed through authorized payment processors. Shadow Reel is not responsible for errors or issues caused by the payment processors. Refunds, if any, are subject to Shadow Reel’s discretion and applicable laws.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on Shadow Reel are the property of Shadow Reel or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without express written permission.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Post or transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users’ accounts
- Engage in fraudulent activity or infringe the intellectual property rights of others
